Meet Sammy
Sammy Hammond, a qualified Speech & Language Therapist, Lactation Consultant and Neonatal Therapist specialises in neonatal and paediatric feeding and early childhood intervention.
About me
About me
In 2018, Sammy started her own private practice in Cape Town, South Africa. Her expertise includes neonatal feeding and therapy, lactation, introduction to solids and paediatric feeding difficulties such as dysphagia, bottle/breast/feeding aversions and picky/problem eating. Sammy forms part of several multidisciplinary teams and believes that a holistic approach is the best way to achieve the therapeutic goals of the child and their family.
Outside the professional sphere, Sammy is married to Matt and mommy to little Kyla and furbaby Benji. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, travelling and exploring foodie spots in and around beautiful Cape Town.
